Tinfoil & Switchfin

Step 1. Open the 8Bit-Updater app on your Nintendo Switch.

• Press A to skip the warning page.

• Scroll down to Custom Downloads.
• Press A on Tinfoil and Switchfin to install them.

Step 2. Launch Tinfoil

• Press the Home button on your Switch.
• Press A to launch the Tinfoil app.

• Scroll down to File Browser.
• Scroll left and select 8BG Shop.
• Press X to edit it.

• Enter your username and password.
• Press X to save the credentials.

• Relaunch Tinfoil.
• You should now see a New Games tab on the left side.

• This indicates you are successfully logged in and ready to download games.

Step 3. Launch Switchfin.

• Press A to launch the Switchfin app.

• Navigate to the Sign In button.
• Press A to proceed.

• Enter your username and password.
• Press A to sign in.
